Please share a memory of Jessie to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Jessie Emanuel King II September 17, 1980 January 21, 2009 Jessie Emanuel King II, 28, of South 13th Street in Niles passed away unexpectedly in the early morning hours of January 21, 2009 in a snowmobile accident. Jessie was born on September 17, 1980 to Linda (Griffis) Lewis and the late Robert King. After graduating from Niles High School in 1999 Jessie wed the love of his life, Annette Blake at a ceremony in Las Vegas, Nevada. Together they raised their 2 children Jacob Welling and Isaac King. Jessie attended college in Indianapolis toward his degree in CAD. Jessie was always working on getting his hands dirty. When he wasn't working at Saylor's Pizza as a delivery driver, like he had done for the past 3 years, he could be found outdoors working on a car, hunting, listening to music, fishing or playing pool and darts. His number one joy and love in life though was his family. Jessie was an excellent father and husband. Whether it was taking the boys to the park, out bowling or being a den leader for the Wolf Scout Troop #550 all he wanted to do was be a family man. He is preceded in death by his father. Jessie is survived by his wife Annette, son Isaac King, step-son Jacob Welling, mother and step-father Linda and Michael Lewis of Niles, brother Spencer (Sarah) King of Kalamazoo, Michigan and sister Debbie Bosler of Niles. A memorial service will be held to honor Jessie's life on Thursday, January 29, 2009 at the First Church of Christ in Niles at 1:00 p.m. Pastor David Szymczak will be officiating.
