This is one of the hardest things I have had to write. I am very sad that I'm not there with my family. I send my love! I sure have a lot of love for Great-Grandma McGill. Not a lot of people even get to know their Great-Grandma and here we had so many memories. She loved me and helped me in so many ways. I really enjoyed getting to make strawberry jam with her, writing letters back and forth, spending time with her and Great-Grandpa in Florida. She sure loved playing bingo & pokeno, putting together puzzles & visiting with her friends and family. It always cracked me up how competitive she could get over Skipo. She showed me that it is a joy taking care of a family and husband, that we should sit down for our meals together, that it's ok to be a mother hen. There is now a hole where she once was in my life. It brings me joy that I come from such a wonderful and strong line of women. It brings me peace that this is not the end; we will meet again in heaven one glad day. There is no Greater lost then a Mother. We Love you all!!
To Grandma McGill you will be so missed. I am so sad I will not be there with my family but am praying for each of you. I have million of thoughts running through my head sad , happy, lost, joy, and love. My top ten list of memories of Grandma is #10 Grandma at her ringer washer washing clothes and hanging them up on the line. #9 Flying kites in the back yard and Grandma make the tails out of old sheets. #8 sitting in the front yard under the oak trees just talking. #7 playing in the backyard on Grandmas Green swing. #6 Grandmas strawberry freezer jam. #5 Eating Butter Pecan ice cream at night with grandma playing cards. #4 Watching The Wizard Of OZ at Grandma and Grandpas. #3 Grandma waking me in the morning and smelling her wonderful cooking and how she would alway take care of us. These last two were very hard for as most of you will understand I Hope!! #2 Grandmas CHEESECAKE!! The TOP NUMBER ONE Memory Christmas Eve with th whole McGill Clan!! Praise GOD for Family Lone Bobby, Robin Tre', Jared, Wesley, Bryson Shepard
