Obituary of Gail Johnson

Gail M. (Barnes) Johnson, 81, of Niles, formerly Sacramento, California, passed away on Monday evening, April 18, 2011 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, following an illness.
She was born on February 20, 1930 in Sacramento to the late Rae Watkins and Brownie (Miller) Barnes.
On September 16, 1962 Gail married the late Garland Raymond Johnson at a ceremony in Reno, Nevada.
Gail retired after many years with Pacific Bell and enjoyed crocheting, gardening, cooking, playing computer games and her dogs.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a brother Donald Barnes.
Gail is survived by two daughters Linda Parker of Niles, Damarus Rapson of Windsor, California, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
In keeping with Gail's wishes, cremation has taken place and the family will be remembering her privately.
