Cyndi always made working together easier. I would go to the hospital for yearly training, already having forgotten most of what I should have remembered from the previous year. She was always patient and humorous. She genuinely was always willing to help me. She connected with patients, and worked in a relaxed and approachable manner. She was a blessing, and I always looked forward to working with her.
