I'm so glad I had the pleasure to meet such a wonderful man. He definitely made you smile or laugh when you walked into the room. He became a special part of my life the last few years and will always be grandpa to me even though I'm not family. Rest easy grandpa rose, you will be missed.

I have known Joe my entire life. He was a great man. Loved my many! Grandpa had a gentle, kind soul. My greatest memory was at Denise and Robert's wedding when grandpa got up out of his wheelchair and danced the father/daughter dance with Denise. I do not think that there was a dry eye in the building. I love you grandpa..you are in a much better place now no more pain, you can see and walk now; do all the things that you loved to do. Rest in peace, until we meet again.
