Obituary of Warren Ray Brown

Warren R. Brown, 65, of Niles passed away on December 11, of 2021, at his home. In Ann Arbor, Michigan, Perry and Geraldine (Harris) Brown were delighted when their son arrived at the tail end of winter to welcome spring on March 8, 1956. After finishing his high school education at Ann Arbor Huron HS, Warren went on to earn his Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at Michigan Tech University. His formal education put him on a pathway to serve several different corporations as a safety professional, Badger Ammunition Plant – Bara boo, WI, Tyler Refrigeration, and NISOURCE to name a few. Warren, with his wealth of knowledge and experience ended up opening his own safety consulting company and served a variety of companies during that time. Not only did Warren’s career allow him to travel all across the world, but a passion that he and his wife Maxine shared also took them to many different places. Warren and Maxine have geocached all over the world; they have been to over 30 countries and cached in every single county in the continental United States. Warren and his wife and their love for music have also afforded them connections with several different groups as well as a plethora of friends; Warren gave of his talents as a trombone player. Preceding Warren are his parents, Perry and Geraldine Brown. Warren is survived by his wife, Maxine (Mullin) Brown, his two sons, Christopher (Sara) Brown of Ionia, Michigan and Steven Brown of Bahrain, his grandchildren, Robert of Ionia, and Cedric of Bahrain, his brother, Duane (Pavel Parfenov) Brown of Palm Springs, California, and exchange student son, Philipp (Georgiana) Menny of Germany.
