Sometimes in life, God puts someone on our path at just the right time, for all the wrong reasons. Ms. Evangeline Rose was just such a person for a young and still wet-behind-the-ears me. In ways both big and small, she helped shepherd me through some of the most challenging times of my life. Whether it was a place to lay my head, a shoulder to cry on, or just a patient listening ear, she was always someone I could count on for brutally honest, caring, levelheaded advice and I loved her dearly for it. And to her family I would just like to thank you’ll for so generously sharing such a once in a lifetime soul. Go in Peace and Love My Friend. You definitely earned it! : (
