Jack was a good man. I met Jack through my wife. He would pick up loads of scrap metal and etc, . I remember one particular time when he was picking up a load from us, after he and his grandson,Cody, loaded it all in his truck, his grandson ask him, "can I sit in the back with the junk?" Cody was around 8-10 then. Jack and I both chuckled over that. He told me"I'm gonna be a scraper,just like my grandpa.

I met Jack Grice about 12 years ago through a mutual friend of both of ours, and he has been one of the nicest people I've ever met. You could count on Jack, if you called to say you have a load of scrap for him, he was there in no time to pick it up. I remember how he loved chilli cheese dogs and also he made the best piping hot chilli around. He was always fun to be around. His grandson, Cody, was his best buddy and probably even his best friend. He always makes people smile and laugh. My sympathy to all the Grice family in this loss
