So many years of friendship and sisterhood. So many shared adventures and beautiful memories. We treashur them all!
The first time we met Lori she was only 15 years old. We connected immediately with her and her wonderful family, so much like our own in thoughts, valuations and sense of humour. Through the years there has been many visits with the Benson family and other dear friends and have also had the privilege to return their loving hospitality when they`ve been visiting us here in Sweden.
The last time we met Lori face to face was 4 years ago when she joyned us for a vaccation in Spain and then returned with us to Sweden. Such precious moments to remember!
Lately, since this intelligent thing called "smartphone" came into our modern lifes, it`s been easy to keep in tuch with daily little messages, photos and videos too and Lori has always been there in the other end of line with cheerful cry outs and encouraging comments.
Today, in about an hour from now, family and friends will gather together at the Kingdom Hall in Niles for a memorial af Lori. Even if we can`t be there with you all in person, know that we are there with you in our thoughts and hearts all the way.

To Lori, my beautiful, sweet, loving cousin.....I cannot express how sad I am and how heavy my heart is to hear of your untimely passing. You truly blessed my life with love and laughter. And your smile was infectious. Thank you, cuz, for the love and joy we shared. I will really miss you and our wonderful talks, 'cuz. You have gone way too soon. Heaven has truly received one its best angels! You will forever be in my mind
and in my heart. I love you so very much, my cousin.

To my Wonderful Aunt Faye, and my cousins Chuck Jr., Stephen, Susan and Kathi.....I am so sorry for your loss of your sweet Lori. She was a beautiful soul and so very special. My thoughts are with Lori's family. I pray for you that Jehovah will give you strength til she comes back. I stayed with Lori a few nights some years ago. It is hard to believe that somebody who gave such joy to so many could be gone. Lori was so observant of the world around her and could find humor in even the must mundane of situations. I remember Lori as a very sweet and warm woman. She made me feel welcome when my mom married into her family. Lori had a great sense of humor, I remember joking with her and having a good time. I met Lori thru my sister, who worked with her, then found out that she was the sister of Chuck Benson (who married my friend). Lori was so sweet and my sister made the same comment about her. When you met her she was like a long time friend. Today I was very sad to hear of her untimely death. My prayers go out for her family.

I loved my baby sister. She had a hug for anyone who came to visit. I remember the occasions that her and I would go out to eat just talk. She was a good support to me when I went through my divorce. I'll never forget the time she invited me to go see Emmylou Harris in concert, she loved her and we had such a good time!

I will always remember working with Lori at the then Abstract & Title Company, in Cassopolis, Michigan. We had so much fun! Lori had a fantastic sense of humor and
could make a dull story the best one you ever heard. We laughed together on a daily
basis. I am so saddened by her passing and will miss the occasional phone call from her.

Being friends with Lori, I remember fondly times we were able to get together and they were always fun times. She was so easy to be around and always in a good mood no matter what was happening in her life. She, another friend named Lori and I (also Lori) did a skit for our congregation family night a few years ago.............the honeybees from an episode of Gilligan's Island. She played the best "Mrs. Howell." The last thing we were able to do together was wine tasting a couple of months ago with other friends. I am so sorry to lose her and know her family must be suffering terribly. Sending love and prayers and warm thoughts to all the family..............especially to Faye and Corbin.

My Mom and I went to visit Faye and Lori last week. Lori was upstairs working as usual, but she always came down and said hello with her sweet soft voice, as she walked through Faye said you need to comb your hair, Lori said I knew you would say that Mama, so she was gone a few minutes and out she came with hair combed and pulled back, plus make up! So she said Is That better Mama, and she posed and turned around with that beautiful smile she had. And that is how I will remember my beautiful, sweet, precious cousin. The world is a less happy place without you in it. R.I.P. My sweet cousin. I love you:heart:

I remember, when I was 9 years, old staying with my Aunt Faye and Lori went to see Xanadu at the theater with her girlfriend and took me with. She was 18, I was 9 years old. One of the absolute sweetest women I ever knew. Love you, Lori
