My Deepest sympathy to the Davis family.
A strong and wise individual once gave me some sage advise.
He told me" keep your stick on the ice", so that you will be ready for anything that may come your way.
"Never skate with your head down", so that you will never miss anything that life has to offer. "Put your shoulder into it", so that your strength might carry you through all challenges. Of course right after he gave me said advise he checked me hard enough to break my skates.
God Bless

How do you express in words to a mother, father, sister and sons my deepest regrets? When they are faced with the fact that they have to bury there only son, only brother and a young father. I can only let you know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Todd was without a doubt my friend. He and I have been estranged for many years, and our lives went different directions, but my memories of our youth stay with me today. He will be missed.
God Bless

Dear Mr.and Mrs.Davis & Tracie,
Unfortunately I found out too late of the sad news of Todd and wasn't able to be at the funeral. That does not change the sadness that I feel. As you may remember, we all grew up out at Barron Lake, and Todd and Tracie were people that I idolized, since I was a few years younger than them. Later, in high school, Todd was my first official car date and took me on my very first motorcycle ride. It has only been a few years since we last spoke, and Todd was as kind and caring as always. He brought a lot of sunshine into my life growing up, and I will miss him. My parents,Dave and Joyce Schultz, also send their deepest sympathy. They too, always spoke highly of Todd. We will all miss him.
With sympathy,
Juli Schultz Findeisen

Tracie and T.J.,
After things settle down for all of you, we would love to get together with you. T.J. I don't know if you realize how strong of a friendship Tony (my husband) had with your Dad. It was the strongest I have ever witnessed. Thru all the bad and good. I believe deep in my heart that your Dad would want Tony to step up and share his stories of your Dad with you. We know that you knew your Dad inside and out. Tony and your Dad had a bond so very deep that even sometimes I could not understand. Please call us. Our home phone number is 944-5510. Tony's cell number is 574-343-0503. My cell number is 574-343-0460. Tracie we would love to get together with you. Just to talk, and laugh, and maybe cry too.

My deepest sympathy goes to Todd's family and especially his son's. I was shocked when my Mom told me of Todd's passing. 43 is too soon. I went to High School with Todd and to many a hockey game. He will be greatly missed. It's sad to hear when a school-mate is gone. I will always remember Todd's smile, and he will be missed at the next class reunion-this summer 08. My prayers to him and everyone who's life he touched.

I would like to extend my sympathies to Tracie and the rest of Todd's family. I only knew Todd casually in high school, but knew his classmates all thought highly of him. I will not be able to make it to the service, but I wanted to extend my condolences.

I am very sorry to hear about your loss. I knew Todd well in Junior/High School. We had drafting class together with Mr. Dunham and shared many laughs, and discussions about music. I extend my condolence and prayers to Todd's family. By the way....Tracy....it would be good to see you. Perhaps one day you, me, and Shimmy can drive around in a "La Bamba" and listen to all the good tunes again. Take care.

Our boys knew Todd as Uncle Todd. We were not related by bloodline, but by a long strong friendship. A friendship that lasted over twenty years. The first time I met Todd was at a softball game at Coloma Lanes. T.J. your mom was expecting you at anytime... The first time I met your Dad, he was rubbing your Mom's belly...telling me that he would be a Dad soon. The very next day my husband came home to tell me that you had come into the world. Todd was so excited and happy to have a son. He was so proud of you. Years pasted, jobs changed. Your Dad followed his path, Tony followed his, but they always stayed connected. Along came your brother, another extension of your Dad.
Your Dad was extremely proud of both of his sons. He believed that both of you were his assest to the world. He always talked of the both of you. Always, nonstop. That was another thing we had in common, was boys...His boys, and our boys. Our boys will forever rememeber him on our pontoon boat fishing, swimming, and tubbing. They will especially rememeber paint ball guns off our front porch.
God Bless, and God Speed,
The Danneffels'
