Len,
It is now one year since you left us and went to join Linda with the angels.
I have so many fond memories of you and how wonderful and good you were to my sister. And how much fun the three of us had. I always thought of you as such a good man--
You are missed so much-
Paula

Len and I were close friends in Bermuda in 1956-57. Our buddies called us "The Boppsy Twins" because we were always together. I knew his full name, his mother's name and that he was from Chicago, but couldn't find him in 50 years of searching. It's sad to learn of his death. He was a good man and "My buddy". God bless him and his family.

Ronnie, Kenny & Stacy - we extend our deepest sympathy in the loss of your Dad. You have certainly endured many trials in the past two months but know that God is with you and is your strength during this time and the days ahead. Your Dad was a wonderful person and the best thing that ever happened to your Mom. Their love was something special. It is comforting to know that they are once again united and in each other's arms forever and free of pain and sickness. Through God all things are possible. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers and look forward to seeing you soon.

I am so sorry to hear that Lenny is gone. He was my Xerox service tech from 1982 - 1993 and was a GREAT guy and repairman to boot. I remember when he got the gift of his first flying lesson that hooked him for the rest of his life, and I remember when he quit smoking and went to the toothpick. Tomorrow I will keep a pick in my mouth while I am at work all day in his honor! My deepest sympathies to all of his family

I got to know your father when working on his airplane at the Niles airport. He had such an infectious smile and laugh!
I was just telling my wife that I remember when I was getting ready to do the annual inspection on the Tri-Pacer and I ask Len if it would be ok to bring one of my aviation students (I was working for Vincennes University at the time, training aircraft mechanics), up from Indianapolis to allow her to gain some experience on working on aircraft.
Your father just smiled and said "Sure, that would be Great!" She brought her two girls with her (a single mom), and Len played with the girls and ended up taking us all out to lunch!!
He loved flying, loved the friends he met through aviation, and was just a super man.
My life was made better because I got to know your father.

To all Jansen family members,
You all know how special your parents/grandparents are, even though we will all miss them we must take comfort that they are together. Len and Linda both were very good to me and treated me as thier daughter even this many years later. It is very hard to find words to even express the loss of two of the best people I was fortunate enough to have in my life.
You are all in my prayers, I love you,
Stephanie

Dear Stacy, Ronnie, Kenny and beautiful granchildren and spouses
My heart breaks into many pieces for you all. May you take comfort in knowing how much your parents both love you, and each other - so much so that even death could not seperate them. They are together now and will forever be watching over you. They are only a whisper away.
Love Aunt Paula
