Harley Ray Jones, 16, of 206 ½ East High Street in Dowagiac passed away at his home on Thursday, November 13, 2008. Harley was born on March 13, 1992. He attended Dowagiac Union High School as a sophomore. He is preceded in death by his Grandma Pauline Moon in 1997 and Grandpa Richard Moon in 2000, and His Grandma Cora Speer in 2005 and Grandpa Lee Speer in 1989. He is also proceeded in death by his Uncle Leo Speer in 2006. He is survived by his parents Jerry and Kristine (Moon) Speer and Siblings Jerry (Cathie) Speer of Northport, Michigan, Bobby Jones of Dowagiac and Melissa (Ronald) Lenex of Florida. He is also survived by His Aunt Carol (Bill) Floyd of Lumberton, MS, Aunt Sandy (Lewis) Merwine of Ashland, PA, and Aunt Linda Mills of FL; uncles Terry Speer of Dowagiac, Lee (Jean) Speer of Croydon, PA. and numerous Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 21, 2008 at the First United Methodist Church at 326 North Lowe Street in Dowagiac at 12:00 p.m. with a time of visitation starting at 10:30 a.m. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Niles.
