Obituary of Madeline Kujawa

Madeline Jean Kujawa passed away shortly after her birth on December 6, 2008, at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana.
She is preceded in death by her paternal great- grandfather John Swartz.
She is survived by her parents; Richard Kujawa, Jr. and Leigh Vock of Elkhart, Indiana, a brother Brayden R. Kujawa of Elkhart, Indiana, maternal grandparents Ralph and Lilyan Vock of Clermont, Florida, paternal grandparents Richard Sr. and Patricia Kujawa of Niles, paternal great-grandparents Henry and Shirley Kujawa of Niles and Mary Ann Swartz of Niles, maternal great-grandparents Raymond and Norma Vock of Carnegie, Pennsylvania and Charles and Bridget Gederberg of New Jersey.
A memorial service for Madeline will be held at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 52553 Fir Road, Granger, Indiana on Wednesday 12:30 p.m. with an interment following at Mission Hills Memorial Gardens.
