Connie Elaine Horton

Connie Elaine Horton, 67, of Niles, passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2017.
Connie was born on October 7, 1949, to the late Russell and Neva (Stanage) Payne in South Bend, Indiana.
After high school, Connie wed Arthur Horton III at a ceremony in Chikaming Township.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Art; daughter, Tonya Horton; and siblings Russell Payne, Darrell Payne, Myrna Lemon, and Pamela Payne.
Connie is survived by her children, Debra (Henry) Foster of Coleman, Alabama, Shawn Horton of Niles, James Horton of Buchanan, and Chad (April) Horton of Niles; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Sandra Ferry of Galien; and many extended family members and close friends.
Connie has been cremated and her family will be remembering her privately.
