Edward Fergison January 15, 1933 April 20, 2009 Edward Fergison, 76, of Ironwood Drive in Niles passed away at his home on April 20, 2009 with his family by his side. Ed was born on January 15, 1933 to the late Ralf and Hazel (Chapmen) Fergison in Niles, Michigan. He was one of 3 children raised in the Fergison household. After school Ed married the love of his life, Clara Marie Fergison, on July 28, 1952. Together they had 4 wonderful sons. Clara passed away, after 57 wonderful years with Ed, on March 4, 2008. Ed was a member of the Moose Lodge #449 in Buchanan. He also loved wintering in Florida, playing BINGO, old cars and especially his hospice nurses. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Clara and brother George Fergison. Ed is survived by his 4 sons Edward Fergison of Florida, Bruce Fergison, Dennis Fergison and Rex (Robin) Fergison, all of Niles, sister Fae Davis of Buchanan, 9 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. In keeping with Ed's wishes he has been cremated and a memorial service will take place on Thursday, April 23, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at Mission Hills Mausoleum Chapel; located in the rear of the cemetery.
