Robert E. Dillner, 80, of Dowagiac passed away at his home on Thursday, June 25, 2009.
Robert was born on September 26, 1928 in Hammond, Indiana to the late Arnold and Emma (Heimann) Dillner.
On August 2, 1947 he married Maxine Cotner Dillner at a ceremony in East Chicago, Illinois.
He was preceded in death by one grandson.
He is survived by two daughters; Candice (Douglas) Schultz of Peotone, Illinois and Arnette (Thomas) Cotner of Crown Point, Indiana and 3 grandchildren.
In accordance with Robert's wishes cremation has taken place and there will not be any public services.
