Darlene S. Warner June 6, 1930 December 18, 2009 Darlene S. (Hannula) Webster Warner, 79, of South Haven, formerly of Coloma, passed away at Countryside Nursing Home in South Haven following an extended illness. She was born on June 6, 1930 in Manistee, Michigan to the late John and Susie (Danville) Hannula. In 1975 Darlene married John Warner at a ceremony in Coloma. He preceded her in death in 1983. Darlene, a hard worker, was a bookkeeper for many years at Michigan Fruit Canners. She was a loving, but strict mother, raising three girls on her own. She enjoyed crocheting and bowling. Darlene, an avid bowler, shared her talent by coaching youth bowling for many years at Coloma Lanes. Darlene was also known as a flirt, even after she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, she would continue to flirt until her last days. Darlene also loved being a grandmother and always found time for her grandchildren. Darlene is survived by three daughters; Brenda Webster of Coloma, Jeri Partida of California and Lory Flener of Coloma, five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, two sisters Janyth Walls of Florida and Jackie Lindemann of Kaleva, Michigan . A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. at the First Congregational Untied Church of Christ 182 S. Church Street, Coloma, Michigan 49038. Memorial contributions may be made in Darlene's memory to Hospice at Home, Inc. 4025 Health Park Lane, St. Joseph, Michigan 49085.
