Josephine Rose Cobb, 81, of Hospital Street in Cassopolis, passed away at Borgess Lee Memorial Hospital in Dowagiac on Tuesday, January 12, 2010.
Josephine was born on August 7, 1928 to the late Thomas and Rose (Braybayski) Kelman in Frackville, Pennsylvania. She was one of 6 children in the Kelman household.
In 1949 Josephine wed James Coy Cobb at a ceremony in Cedar Hill, Tennessee.
She is preceded in death by her parents Thomas Kelman and Rose Ragaszinski, husband James Coy Cobb and siblings Al Amalavage, Frank Amalavage, Edward Kelman and Frances Gall.
Josephine is survived by her children James (Patti Rangler) Cobb of Las Cruses, New Mexico, Edward (Kathy) Cobb of Dowagiac, Michigan, Vicki James of Dowagiac, Michigan, 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Josephine has been cremated and the family will be remembering her privately.
