Dwayne David Thomas, 67, of Mishawaka, Indiana, passed away at RiverCrest Specialty Hospital in Mishawaka.
Dwayne was born on April 8, 1946 to the late David C. and Delores E. Thomas in Niles, Michigan.
He was the OSHA Manager for many years at Monaco Coach.
Dwayne is preceded in death by his parents and son Shannon Thomas. He is survived by his son Mikael Thomas and sister Diana Poole.
Dwayne has been cremated and there will be no public services.
