Leona Alice (Verbiest) Bryant, 78, of East Empire Road in Benton Harbor passed away at Golden Age Manor in Stevensville on Monday, January 25, 2010.
Leona was born on October 13, 1931 to the late Leo and Mae (Tittlebach) Verbiest in Chicago, Illinois.
On December 20, 1952 Leona wed Bill Bryant in Chicago, Illinois. Together they had 4 children.
She is preceded in death by her parents and sister Lorraine Schmul.
Leona is survived by her husband Bill, children Sheila (Norm) Pacyga of Chicago, Illinois, William Bryant of Chicago, Donald (Carrie) Bryant of Vancouver, Washington and Robbie (Keriann) Bryant of Chicago, 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
In keeping with Leona's wishes she has been cremated and her family will be remembering her privately.
