Obituary of Pauline Lucille Dennison

Pauline Dennsion of St. Joseph passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at her home surrounded by love. Cremation has taken place as she wished and a memorial service will be held at Riverview Park Christian Church on Saturday, March 6th at 12:30 p.m., with a luncheon immediately following. Pauline was born to Carl and Lillian Davison on June 29, 1927 in Benton Harbor, Michigan. She graduated from Benton Harbor High School in 1945, and lived in the area most of her life. She did secretarial work for 20 years, the last seven at St. Joseph High School in the principals office. Pauline enjoyed cats, flowers, yard work and going to the beach with her beach buddy Cheri Mulbar. She was a lifelong member of Riverview Park Christian Church where she sang in the choir and was a substitute organist. Survivors include her husband Raymond Dennison Sr. of St. Joseph, daughter Linda (Joe) Lozeau of Tennessee, step-son Lee (Darcy) Dennison of South Dakota and step-daughter Debra Dennison of Colorado. Step-grandchildren Bradley and Michael Dennison, John Rogers and Jennifer Magle. Like family, Betty and Bob Kruizenga, their children and grandchildren. Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, baby sister, and first husband John H. Pegram. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Riverview Park Christian Church or Hospice at Home, St. Joseph, Michigan.
