Obituary of Lois R. McBride

Lois R. McBride, 60, of Battle Creek, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, April 23, 2010, surrounded by her family at Battle Creek Health Systems. She was born on November 22, 1949 in McMinnville, Tennessee to the late Sylvester and Myrtle (Durham) McBride. Lois graduated from Battle Creek Central High School Class of 1968. She worked at Interbake Foods as a line supervisor from 1969 until 1989. Since 1995 Lois loved working at Continental pastries and will be greatly missed by her "work family". She was a faithful member of The Potters House Church. Her faith and family were most important in her life. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Wilbur and Lamon McBride and a sister Helen Feltner. Lois is survived by her son Jason (Elizabeth) McBride of Battle Creek, a sister Sylvia Brenner of Battle Creek, three brothers; Willis (Shirley) McBride of Battle Creek, Clinton and (Kay) McBride of Battle Creek and Lester (Carlene) McBride of Rickman, Tennessee and a special nephew Josh McBride of Battle Creek along with many nieces and nephews.
