Joel Rowley, 88, of Benton Harbor passed away at Caretel Inn in St. Joseph on Thursday, October 24, 2013.
Joel was born on November 5, 1924 to the late Robert and Amy (Martin) Rowley in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
After high school Joel wed Betty Jean Simer. He proudly served in the United States Navy for several years.
In keeping with Joel's wishes he selflessly donated his body to science and will be cremated.
