Obituary of Edwin Stanley Zablocki

Edwin S. Zablocki, 86, of Edwardsburg, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 15th, 2011 at Hospice House in South Bend, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on December 13, 1924 in Dowagiac, Michigan to the late Tony and Barbara (Stankecivicz) Zablocki.
On May 17, 1947 Edwin married Billie Jean Taylor at a ceremony in Dowagiac.
He is survived by his wife of over 64 years Billie Jean Zablocki of Edwardsburg, two sons John Zablocki of Niles and Tom (Susan) Zablocki of Dallas, Texas, three grandchildren Jennifer (Alan) Eiker of Niles, Joe Zablocki of Niles and Adam Zablocki of Dallas, Texas and a great-grandson Kayden Eiker of Niles.
In keeping with Edwin's wishes, cremation has taken place and no public services will be held at this time.
Memorial contributions may be made in Edwin's memory to the Edwardsburg American Legion.
