Obituary of Mary Lou Kelly

Mary L. (Chandler) Kelly, 76, of Benton Harbor, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at Ferny's Home Adult Foster Care, in Niles, following an illness.
She was born on June 4, 1935 in Traverse City, Michigan to the late Lewis and Helen (Mikowski) Chandler.
Mary worked for many years at Kirkwood Lodge Gift Shop, where she was the manager.
On August 15, 1953 Mary married Simon Kelly Sr. at a ceremony in St. Joseph, Michigan. He preceded her in death in 1997.
Mary is also preceded in death by her parents, a brother William Chandler and a sister Judith Brant-Johnston.
She is survived by two sons Simon Kelly Jr. of Niles and Lewis Kelly of Benton Harbor, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
In keeping with Mary's wishes, cremation has taken place and no public service will be held.
