Obituary of Cynthia Ann Schram

Cynthia Ann Schram, 64, of Niles, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Spectrum Lakeland Hospital in Niles, following an illness.

She was born on October 2, 1958 in Chicago, Illinois to the late William and Suzanne Rushton.

On May 20, 2022 Cynthia married Mickey Schram at a ceremony in Niles, Michigan.

Cynthia worked for several years as a custodian at Southwestern Michigan College. She enjoyed crocheting, crossword puzzles, word search games, watching crime documentaries and mostly being a mom and grandma.  

She is preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Josiah Roldan.

Cynthia is survived by her husband, Mickey Schram; her children, Rachael Yocum (Angel Roldan) and Timothy Yocum; three grandchildren, Kylie Yocum, Isaiah Roldan and Elijah Roldan as well as a brother, Robert Rushton of Decatur, Illinois.

Funeral services to celebrate Cynthia’s life will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home with a time of visitation to begin at Noon.
