Obituary of Isabella Grace Statler
Isabella Grace Statler McClendon, 18, of Niles, passed away unexpectedly, at home, Thursday, October 20, 2022.
On April 26, 2004, Isabella was born in Niles, Michigan, to her loving parents, Deviet McClendon and Jamie Statler.
Isabella had a larger-than-life personality; she brought the statement “glamourous” to a whole new level. Isabella recently graduated earlier this year, with plans to attend college. Isabella was fierce, kind, smart, loving, hilarious, giving, beautiful, and brave. She loved her siblings more than anything and had a special bond with each of them. She had a love for life and a contagious laugh. She was loved by many. Recent years Isabella started living with her father, where she was able to blossom and grow under his loving guidance. During her stay with her father, she grew extremely close to her Aunt Darci and Uncle Ray and became a daughter to them. If you knew Isabella Grace, you knew love.
Isabella was preceded in death by her Papa, James Statler; great-grandmothers, Cora McClendon, and Mary-Lou Kennedy.

Dear God, please take care of our little girl,
The one with big eyes and soft brown curls.
She was special, as you should know.
We really didn't want to let her go.
She touched the hearts of everyone she knew.
Letting her go is so hard to do.
Her smile could brighten up the darkest room.
I wish you didn't have to take her so soon.
