Obituary of John Sandy Sypudt

John Sypudt, 89, of Dowagiac, passed away at Rose Arbor Hospice in Kalamazoo, on Sunday, July 17, 2022.

He was born on November 18, 1932, in Chicago, Illinois, where he and his three siblings grew up. He served his country as a proud Marine, during the Korean War.

John found happiness in spending time with his loving wife of twenty-nine years, Beryl, along with his children and grand-children. John also loved spending time on the golf course with friends and family.

We all adored his personality and sense of humor. Dad, you are in our thoughts and prayers every day. We cannot put into words how much we will miss you. Always, Love you more.  

John is survived by his wife Beryl Fryman-Sypudt of Dowagiac; his children, Joanna (Pete) Krajci, Jackie (Mike) Pryszcz, Richard (Tony) Sypudt, and Michael Sypudt, Beryl’s children, Donald (Lyndel) Fryman, David (Terri) Fryman, and Doreen Fryman; thirteen grandchildren, and twenty three great grandchildren.
 

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, Sept. 7,2022 aty the Lincoln National Cemetery, 20953 W. Hoff Rd. Elwood, IL. 60421
