Obituary of Garry Irvin Carver

Garry Carver, 53, of Benton Harbor, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2012 at Lakeland Specialty Hospital in Berrien Springs, after an extended illness.
He was born on May 30, 1959 in Cook County, Illinois and was raised by his loving parents Everett and Rosie (Siddell) Carver.
After High School, Garry served his country in the United States Navy. He enjoyed cooking, BBQing for family and friends and even chose cooking as his career. If he wasn't cooking you could probably find him fishing.
He is preceded in death by his father Everett Irvin Carver.
Garry is survived by his mother Rosie Lee (Siddell) Carver of Aurora, Illinois, a sister Regina Carver of Aurora, Illinois, a special friend Queen Hull, his former wife Donna Carver of Coloma and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family, friends.
In keeping with Garry's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, 130 Urbandale Street in Benton Harbor at 1 p.m. He will be laid to rest at Ft. Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, Michigan.
