Obituary of Rose Marie Kincaid

Rose Marie Kincaid, 79, of South bend, passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, following a brief illness. She was born on October 14, 1942 in South Bend, Indiana to the late Russell P. and Helen (Brazo) Myer. Rose graduated from Clay High School and married Robert C. Kincaid, Jr. in January 1965. She was retired as a legal secretary after many years working for the University of Notre Dame Law School and the firm of Barnes and Thornburg. Rose enjoyed flower gardening and swimming. She also had a few remarkable trips to Israel. Rose was a proud grandmother and always remembered others birthdays and took time to make that day special. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Rose is survived by her three daughters, Ann (Todd) Schepman of Niles, Erin (Paul) Douglass of Niles and Rebekah Kincaid (Jerry Houston) of New Port Ritchie, Florida and four grandchildren. Rose’s family will gather privately to remember her and she will be laid to rest at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola, Indiana.
