My girl Tammy, I’ve been mesmerized since I met you. You are one in a billion baby. I will always use glass instead of plastic. I will always choose large curd because it’s better and I promise to do what I say I’m gonna do. Thank you for every moment, every story, all of your generosity and every piece of advice. I love you so much with all of my heart. The memory of you is like a breath I wish not to exhale.

Miss Aunt Tammy,
I have surely held off to the end to write on this, too much to be said, really painful to have to put something so big into a statement..like a statement could ever define you anyway. You were always very good to me, I don’t even know that I deserved the kinda good you were to me. From making Christmas cookies to feed folks without families.. to you sending me books for for my birthday.. I will always remember to dream, as silly as the lottery is, playing with you…and talking about what we’re about to do with our next million.. and who we would be..I think it’s important to keep dreaming and imagining a better tomorrow and you really believed in that. You always loved me without question, even if my personal life is not super fit for my small town, ha we actually never even had to talk about it.. because you just knew, and I was yours anyway. You would make me laugh with your tales in a way that breaks my heart now but also fills me.. because your stories will now always be a part of mine in a way that will keep you with me always. You saved my moms life a little I think, always thought she was saving you lol while the truth was I think you were saving her. You were so strong even if that was your fault sometimes, refused to stand behind anything less than exactly who you knew you were .. I feel lucky, damn lucky that our paths crossed .. I love that you, even in your sickest days asked me if I wanted to go make snow angels with you, and were soo damn happy to just, watch the birds play. Thank you for the first chapter of my book on your life, I’m sorry I saved it for so long out of fear that we never got to talk about it, and thank you.. ya sneaky lady for writing me a second part that was just found. I love you lady, you have no idea the things you really did. My photo is of you and that damn sexy Indiana Jones hat.. that hat that was suppose to be for when we fly away and never look back. Cheers my friend.

Tammy, I will always remember your quick wit and sense of humor. You're unwavering ability to "keep it real" was one of my favorite things about you! You had zero time for b.s. but all the time in the world for a friend. I still catch myself looking across the street to see if you're on your way over for a hot coffee, a couple scratch offs and some good conversation. Even when you were no longer able to walk across the street you'd call every once in awhile to see how Rocky and Tanya and I were. It touched me deeply that even amidst your pain you'd call to check on us. You were the true definition of a real friend. You will always be remembered and forever be missed. Until we meet again. Rest in Heaven my friend.

I didn’t know miss Tammy as well as most but what I do know about her is that she was an amazing woman. She was the hardest working woman I’ve ever met and the most genuine. Tammy was a beautiful soul. She may be gone in body but she is still here in spirit. When you start to feel sad just remember that she is in a better place. Tammy you are so loved and missed. Thank you for blessing everyone you met with your beautiful soul.

I’m so sorry to hear of Tammy’s passing. I met Tammy thru her friend Linda. Tammy was surrounded by a community of friends that loved her. So happy she had this community to lift her up. She was always very pleasant when I would see her even when I knew she did not always feel her best. RIP Tammy and happy you are in your heavenly home and free from pain. You will be missed.

Tammy was one of the sweetest women I knew, she would make home cooked meals and bring Me a plate while I was at work, that was so sweet of her, I will miss her and her meatloaf...

I am so grateful that I was fortunate enough to meet and get to know Tammy. No one told it as straight as she did. She counseled me on a number of occasions and helped me to see the truth of my own situations. She could always see things clearly and her guidance and love will be forever cherished. I will love her and her support all the days of my life. To know Tammy was to love her (and she’s teasing me for being mushy right now, but it’s facts). Rest easy Tammy. We love you and always will! ♥️

My dearest friend Tammy…. Only you know how much I truly miss you.
It has been a crazy ride since you came into our lives in 2016. You always had the quickest comeback that would leave us laughing hysterically. I can’t count the amount of times you made me choke or shoot liquids out my nose laughing. I think you waited till I got a mouthful just because…
From cookouts to camp outs, planting seed to pulling weeds, Sunny days to stormy times, we have had a lot of fun.
You made a great impact on my children who will miss their Aunt Tammy. They have all spoke about how grateful they are for the time over the holidays together.
You were kind and caring for so may people, but had zero tolerance for bull shit sob stories and users. I think that is one of the things I liked most about you.
I will miss you My Friend! I know you are in Heaven running around barefooted in the grass, checking out fireflies and watching the water flowing down a stream. Until we meet again, remember I am honored to know you and I Love you!

Although I only knew Tammy for a short period of time, she continues to inspire me . . . her compassion for others and quirky sense of humor endeared her to all her neighbors here - including our pets, who continue to run to her door seeking attention and the treats she kept in stock for them! I am so sorry we have lost her but am so thankful I got to know her. Her strength to find good in every day and her faith in God inspires me to walk with the same faithful dignity. I can just hear her now :"stop your crying woman - I MADE IT!" :) I pray peace and comfort for the hearts missing her today and look forward to celebrating with her in paradise.
