Kari Marlene Deeds, 42, of Buchanan, passed away unexpectedly but of natural causes at Spectrum Health Butterworth in Grand Rapids, Michigan on Monday, September 13, 2021. Kari was born on July 6, 1979, to Robert and Debra (Ford) Deeds in South Bend. Kari attended Buchanan High School and had three children, Keith “Madison”, Kalem, and Kyla. Kari was the comic relief, shop till you drop, always there to help out kind of person. She would help others even if it meant going without herself but don’t cross her or you’d regret it. She got joy in making people laugh, caring for others, and most of all she got joy from her family. She was preceded in death by her mother, Debbie Deeds in 2020. Kari is survived by her children, Madison Clark of Galien, Kalem (Emma Carson) Clark of Galien, and Kyla Bradshaw of Grand Rapids; one grandson, Karver; sister, Jodi Deeds of Buchanan; boyfriend, “T” Brown of Buchanan; and many extended family members and close friends.
