Jennifer Burrows,My Mom,My Best Friend. Mom was an amazing woman she could do anything she put her mind to from an excellent cook seamstress, interior decorator and landscaping. Mom was a good listener no matter how busy she was she would stop what she was doing grab a cup of coffee and sit down with me and listen to whatever was on my mind and when I was done she would always have good advice or a solution and would be kept in confidence. Mom was a good Christian as she would read her Bible every morning, I truly believe she was put on this earth to do Gods work.I also am going to miss our talks about growing up and our younger years. Mom Loved her family from her siblings, her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, mom was proud of all of us. Mom was a huge NASCAR fan and was a Dale Earnhardt Jr fan and always wanted to go to a race so on her 68th Birthday Sue and I got tickets for MIS speedway where she was Queen for the day every August, we would tailgate and always grill her favorite, burnt hotdogs, chips, pop and more, then go in and enjoy the race where she would have a great time smiling from ear to ear. Mom enjoyed herself so much we continued to go to the August race for 12 Years.I have so many great memories with my mom that I will cherish forever. I Miss You So Much , I know God called you Home and you are not suffering anymore .Rest In Peace. I Love You My Mom My Best Friend, Joey

Jennifer Burrows was the most Amazing Mother In Law you could ever ask for. She always made time for me when I needed someone to talk to. She was always there for anyone just to listen. She was a mom to me. We would always have wonderful Christmas Eve's with her, Pops, Stormy and Jerry there was never a dull moment on that day just lots of laughter. My most favorite memory was Christmas Day when Grandma Forbes was there, Joey kept putting a flashing light in the Christmas Tree it drove mom nuts because they were all new lights. Grandma Forbes couldn't stop laughing. Mom wanted to pop Joey a good one when he finally told her but she laughed so hard. We went to MIS for many years with her. Her favorite spot was sitting as close as she could to the track and hearing the cars fly by her up against the wall always shaking her fist at Jeff Gordon and Kyle Bush she didn't like them but she always brought Pops something back with Gordon's name on it grumbling the whole time. Every week we would go over and do yard work she would always be there with her trash bag dragging behind her to pick up sticks. She hated sticks in her yard it was fun to watch her just get up to pick up that one little stick that fell out of the tree to get rid of it. When she had her knee replacement we stayed with her and I would do her physical therapy with her. I would always laugh because she would grumble when i would get the orange plastic sheet out I finally went out and bought a pair of orange footies that really made therapy fun but she was a good sport she worked so hard. I was so proud of her working so hard and getting her leg straight and better. There are so many memories that her and I share and I am going to miss her so much. She was my Angel From Heaven even though she wasn't my mom she will always be my mom in my heart.
I miss you mom so much but now you are with Pops and Jack finally at peace.
I love you very much mom

Jennifer Burrows was the most inspirational woman to me. She was my great grandmother. Most of the beautiful things said in this article are very true about her. Except her favorite nascar driver wasn’t Jeff Gordon that was my great grandpas. Hers was always #8 Dale Earhart JR. She was obsessed and wanted everything Dale Earhart jr ! Me and my great grandpa planned many Holidays together searching for the perfect gift for this amazing woman. She would write down every race in her notebook and keep track. Nature was also so important to her. Her yard was something out of a fairy tale. Everything she did had so much effort. Her yard, her cooking, her house, her appearance. She loved her her family and her community. We would go on walks around the brandy wine neighborhood and she would pick up trash or branches just to make it look nicer. We would go to the church down the street or the elementary school across the road on The Weeknd’s and she would pull weeds out of their gardens just to freshen it up. And she loved the country. It was her dream to have an old barn house. We would go on drives for hours and get lost just to stop at farmers markets and random restaurants. And not only was she an amazing grandmother but she was an amazing wife. She worked hard for her family for so many years and even after she retired she took such good care of my great grandfather and me among other family members. I’ll never forget her taking me to the library every week to get a whole bag of books we could barely carry. We would read every single one. Let me not forget how many games we played together. I still am not sure if I was really good or she would just let me win. She was my best friend I’ll never forget the time when I made her laugh so hard she peed her pants ! That was a secret between us but it’s such a good memory to me. A memory’s I will never forget. She was so kind hearted and so caring. She was truly a pure magical soul. Whenever I cried she would cry too ! She did so much for me as a kid. So much that was never expected of her that she did not have to do. She was there for me more than anybody else was. She taught me how to be a woman. She was the best person that ever came into my life and I’m so grateful for her. She will never be forgotten in my family ever ! I hope people remember her like I do. I love you nana RIP.
