Brian Lamar Hamilton, 51, of Niles, passed away at Lakeland Hospital in Niles on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. Brian was born on April 20, 1970, to Larry and Eilene (Likes) Hamilton in South Bend, Indiana. Brian attended Brandywine High School. In his free time, Brian loved to be outdoors. He loved cars, drawing, fishing, riding motorcycles, listening to AC/DC, and camping and fishing at the family cottage at Fish Lake with family and friends. Brian was friendly, kind, compassionate, and the kind of person who would always help a friend out. He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Hamilton. Brian is survived by his mother and step-father, Eilene and David Rogers of Niles; sisters, Gina (Charles) Wood of Niles, Tammy (Robert) Oakley of Stevensville, Beth Herrman of Stevensville and April Christy of Niles; nieces and nephews, Alicia Gilford, Tanier Wood, Dale Oakley, Kristen Christy, Aidan Christy, and Jaxson Christy; and many extended family members and close friends. A memorial service to celebrate Brian’s life will be held at Mission Hills Memorial Chapel on Friday, September 3, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. with a time of visitation one hour prior.
