Obituary of Trevor Alexander Danneffel

Trevor Danneffel, 23, passed away at his residence in Mishawaka on Tuesday, July 20, 2021. He was born on December 2, 1997 in Berrien Springs to Tony and Teresa A (Barnett) Danneffel. Trevor graduated from Eau Claire High School, class of 2016. He went on to further his education, graduating with his Certified Nursing Assistants license. He worked for several years at The Timbers of Cass County where he was a devoted CNA and dedicated employee. He was currently employed at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics in Mishawaka. He enjoyed woodworking, fixing up his home, going for bike rides, collecting rocks and looking for glass on the beach. He liked quiet times on the water where he would kayak, playing cards, going to concerts, cooking, baking and caring for his plants. He also enjoyed years of hunting and fishing with his family. Trevor was preceded in death by his mother, Teresa Danneffel who passed in May of 2021 and his paternal grandfather, Stanley Danneffel. He is survived by his father, Tony Danneffel and Bethany Hand of Dowagiac; his brothers, Tyler (Alisha) Danneffel of Benton Harbor and Toby Danneffel of Dowagiac; his paternal grandmother, Sandra Danneffel of Watervliet; maternal grandparents, Vernon and Mary Ann Barnett of South Haven; other grandparents Joe and Mona Belt; a niece, Madilynn Danneffel and a nephew, soon to arrive. He will also be missed by aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of close friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Niles with a time of visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. Trevor will be laid to rest at Mission Hills Memorial Gardens next to his grandfather.
