Randy Dean Gregory, 62, of Mishawaka, IN passed away at his home, in his favorite chair, on Thursday, January 21, 2021, of natural causes. He was born on February 10, 1958, in South Bend, IN to Harry Dean and Linda Lou (Freese) Gregory. Professionally, Randy was one of the most trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanics on planet earth. He enjoyed working his land, riding his Harley, spoiling his dogs, helping others, and posting meaningful quotes and hilarious memes. He especially loved shooting the breeze and talking politics with his friends and family in his pole barn. Randy was a 1977 graduate of Penn High School. Surviving Randy are his beloved mother, Linda; son, Joshua (Deana) Gregory; life partner, Kate Sinclair; sisters, Sherri (Kevin) Stewart and Judy Gregory; grandchildren, Sarah, Caleb, and Eisley Gregory (all of Mishawaka); and niece, Ashlyn Stewart (Portland, OR). Randy was preceded in death by his treasured father, Harry Dean. In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Randy can be made to his sister’s character and leadership non-profit program for at-risk kids at ElevateStudents.com. In keeping with Randy’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a brief celebration of life service will occur on Saturday, January 30 at 2 p.m. at 14325 Douglas Road, Mishawaka, IN with visitation afterward from 3-5 p.m. Attire: Favorite flannel/sweater and jeans.
