Obituary of Jeanne Ann Hales

Jeanne A. Hales, 70, of Elkhart, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021, at Elkhart Memorial Hospital, with her husband, and her sons by her side. She was born in South Bend, Indiana on March 27, 1950 to Leonard and Ruth Cheney. Jeanne graduated from Niles High School in 1968. On February 14, 2003 she married Brian Hales. Jeanne enjoyed life, and she loved her cats. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Pat; sister, Cora; son, Leonard; and grandsons, Scott and Dale. Jeanne is survived by her husband, Brian Hales of Elkhart; son’s; Lonnie Baldwin, Alan (Crystal) Baldwin, Brent (Keri) Baldwin; siblings; Cheryl (Rich) Noble, Debbie Roseto, Mike (Kelly) Cheney, Lennie Cheney, Walt Cheney; grandchildren, Leonard II, Michelle (Gabe), Daisy, Aliyah, Dylan Chasity Angel, Dustin, Aubrey, Blake, Alec, Wade, Alexis, Zoi; great-grandchildren; Leonard III, Elaina, Hayden, Harper, Ava, and Braxton.
