Arvell Damone Hudson, 49, of Benton Harbor, passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020, in Benton Harbor, Michigan. He was brought into this world on January 14, 1971, in Benton Harbor to the late Willie E. and Lillie Mae (Washington) Hudson. On November 27, 2012, at a ceremony in Benton Harbor, Arvell married Tashia Vontaye Coburn. He is survived by his wife, Tashia Hudson of Benton Harbor; children, Courtney Hudson of Benton Harbor, Victoria Whitelow of Kalamazoo, Shayla Addison of Indianapolis, Indiana, Jaquon Bennett of South Bend, Destiny Johnson of Benton Harbor, and Amari Johnson of Benton Harbor; five grandchildren; his siblings, Esterlean (Jetson Jr.) Alexander of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Freda (John) Evans of Benton Harbor, Pastor Kerwin (Joyce) Hudson of Coloma, Tyrone (Shirley) Hudson of Grand Rapids, Rodney (Penelope) Hudson of Benton Harbor, and LaVetta (Byron) White of Benton Harbor; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and countless other family members. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at Solid Rock Word Ministries at 3546 Evanston Street, Coloma, Michigan. Due to COVID limitations a private service will follow.
