Obituary of Jerald Homer Buchan

Jerald Homer Buchan, age 60 years, of Cassopolis, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2020, at his residence. Jerald was born in Niles, Michigan on Thursday April 28, 1960, son of James Warren and Shirley (Wolf) Buchan. Jerald graduated from Niles High School. He was a Mechanic for many years. He proudly served his country in the Army. He married Patricia Irene (Lane) Buchan on Jun 16, 1979 in Niles, MI. Jerald enjoyed Harley Davidsons and horses. He loved to fish and spend time with dogs. He was an avid Chicago Bears and University of Michigan Football fan. He will be missed by his wife, Patricia; children, Jason Buchan of Cassopolis and Corey Buchan of Cassopolis; grandchildren, Thaddius Lintz, Aiden Buchan, and Ava Buchan; brothers, Chuch Buchan of Texas, Bob Buchan of Texas, and Jim Buchan of Michigan; as well as many friends and extended relatives. In keeping with Jerald's wishes, cremation has taken place, and the family will be remembering him privately. Memorial contributions may be made to any charity of choice.
