Obituary of Keldon Thomas Butcher
Keldon T. Butcher, 24, of Battle Creek passed away on Monday, June 29, 2020 from injuries sustained in an accident.
The oldest son of Kenneth Butcher and Natalie Loveland, he was born on March 17, 1996 in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Keldon enjoyed being outdoors and loved to work with his hands. He was an astute mechanic and could build just about anything. Growing up Keldon enjoyed hunting on his grandparent’s property, and any time he could spend fishing was always considered a good day.
He is survived by his parents, Kenneth (Lhynn) Butcher and Natalie (Mike Sargent) Loveland, his brother, Nolan Butcher, his paternal grandparents, Donald and Barbara Butcher, his maternal grandmother, Marilyn Loveland, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and countless other lives he touched. He will also be missed by his dog Kota, whom Keldon mentioned frequently he loved more than anyone.
Keldon was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Herbert G. Loveland III.
A memorial service to honor the life of Keldon Butcher will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 3:00p.m. at Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens Chapel at 1490 E. Michigan, Battle Creek, Michigan 49014.
