Richard Doil Fuller, 54, of Niles, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2020, at Chalet of Niles. He was born on March 1, 1966, in Watervliet, the son of the late Edward and the late Patricia (Moble) Fuller. Richard is survived by several siblings and extended family members. In keeping with his wishes, no public services will be held.
