My condolences to the family. I only knew Greg through my visits to Basney. To me he was a quiet man who valued supporting the customer. He went above that support once when I noticed a tire leak on my 335i. I limped into the shop at lunch and met Greg. He was overbooked with appointments but took my keys, pulled the car into a bay, pulled the tire, found the hole, and made the repair. As he returned my keys wiping the grease and dirt from his hands, I asked how much I owed. He smiled and answered, "No charge." Good memories of a hard working man.

Greg was a super man to deal with at Basney. He was always kind, calm, caring and displayed all the attributes of a very generous person. This news saddens me. I am hoping and praying his family will be able to accept his passing. He will be in my daily thoughts and prayers. Most sincerely, Patricia VanDalsen.
