Your visits to us during Tom's various hospitalizations were so thoughtful, and we always enjoyed seeing you. We will pray for strength, peace, and acceptance for you and your family. My thoughts and prayers go out to the whole family. I miss everyone and am so sad to hear this news (even though I know he’s in heaven now pain free) it’s still sad to have lost him here on earth with us. My favorite memories are coming home once a year to visit family during my time serving in the Army and remembering how excited he was to see me. He would always greet me with a salute and a cheerful loud boisterous “Good Morning LT”! And I would blush, salute him back and let out a giggle. Then we would spend the next few minutes swapping military/service stories until it was time for Sunday school or the church service to start. Sunday mornings won’t be the same without him, but I will never forget the ones we had!

To know him was to love him. Lenny was down-to-earth and sincerely interested in everyone. Even though we didn’t know him that well, he made you feel like you did! How can you say “Sherry” without saying “”Lenny and Sherry”? Doesn’t seem possible.
