Obituary of Anne Marie H. Rose

Anne Marie Rose, 82, of Coloma, Michigan passed to her rest on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at her home being cared for by her family. She was born to the late Martin and Clara (Gunnberg) Krieger on March 5, 1931 in Chicago, Illinois. After graduating from high school Anne Marie worked for over twenty years for Goldblatts Department Store and also Farmer Fridays in Coloma. Upon her retirement she found enjoyment in reading and kept her sharp mind by completing crossword puzzles and brainteaser books. Anne Marie was never happier than when surrounded by her family. She is preceded in passing by her father Martin Krieger, her mother Clara (Gunnberg) Krieger-Fitzel, her husband James Rose, a step-son James Rose, and two sisters Martha Krieger and Sylvia Fitzel. Anne Marie is survived by her children, George Rose, David Rose, and Kathleen Rose all of Coloma, seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. Those wishing to make a memorial donation in honor of Anne Marie may do so to the American Cancer or to Hospice at Home 4025 Health Park Lane, St. Joseph, MI 49085. In keeping with Anne Marie's wishes cremation has taken place and her family will be remembering her privately.
