I was so blessed to be able to meet my Uncle Ron 1 1/2 years ago. I was adopted at the age of 5 and never knew my biological family. Until a few years ago. It was then that I was able to know my Uncle Ron and Aunt Judy. I was told that they tried to adopt me and my sister but was not granted the request. It filled my heart to learn that Uncle Ron, my mothers brother, and his wife loved me and my sister so much that they tried to keep us with family. When I met Uncle Ron for the first time I immediately felt "at home". The love that radiated from him as we hugged for the first time was powerful. As I talked and visited with Ron and Judy and their daughter Marilyn, my heart was overflowing from the love. Uncle Ron, I am so blessed and thankful I got to meet you, and that I had the chance to show you that I survived and am living a good life. Rest in Peace Uncle Ron. I love you.
