We're cousins in California and when she and her brother, Phillip, would visit our aunt and uncle's home in the 1950's, we'd play childhood games like "hide and seek" around Aunt Katie and Uncle Royce Myers' home in "beautiful downtown Burbank"! Her cousins Nylean, Earl and Jackie.
She was always fun to be around with her great sense of humor and belly laugh.
Her/their yearly visits to California, always looking forward to the times we shared making homemade crafts, Lilly family Christmas parties and making sure our Aunt Katie was taken good care of after Uncle Royce's passing in 1990.
We're eternally grateful to them for taking such good care of Aunt Katie!
We saw Phantom Of The Opera together one year in Los Angeles, a great fun and memorable time.
I'll/we'll miss Cousin Catherine (aka "Cathy", "Little Catherine and "Sis") and calling her for our yearly family update.
In the Brown Funeral Home video, the child in her arms is our 35 year old daughter Holly.
We never saw her golf, but our older sister Careth did, golfing with her. We heard that she was very good and was a member of the PGA.
Rest in peace with our Lord and family!
