Shirley Highland, 84, of Buchanan, passed away at Hanson Hospice Center on Tuesday, August 6, 2019.
Shirley was born on August 22, 1934, to the late Lester and Helen Evans.
Shirley loved to read books. She enjoyed spending time in nature, coloring, and watching television.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her son Greg Highland.
Shirley is survived by her children, Casey Jones of Buchanan, Helen Barlow of Buchanan, Ben Jones of Niles, and Theresa Highland of Tennessee; 12 grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sibling, Dixie Stout of Indiana; and many extended family members and close friends.
The family will be remembering Shirley privately.
