Obituary of Sabra Ann Lambert

Sabra Ann Lambert, 76, of Buchanan, passed away at Buchanan Meadows on Wednesday, November 7, 2018.

Sabra was born on October 16, 1942, to the late Lawrence and Laura (Annable) Snyder in Michigan City, IN.  Sabra graduated from Three Oaks High School and then went on to Lake Michigan College where she earned an Associate’s Degree. She had worked for over thirty years in the education field, first as a Librarian at Lake Michigan College and later as the secretary for the River Valley and Galien school districts. Sabra supported the River Valley Mustang athletic events and the Three Oaks Flag Day parade. She enjoyed fishing, gardening and just about anything that included being outdoors. She was a longtime, faithful member of the Maple Grove United Methodist Church.

Sabra is survived by her daughters, Kym (Victor) Klute-Will of Buchanan and Lara Drasin of Camas, Washington; five grandchildren, Nathan (Hilary) Will, Cortney Will, Lilly Drasin, Thomas Will and Joshua Will; three great-grandchildren, Elijah, Adam and Carter; son-in-law, David Drasin; nephew, Noel Snyder and niece, Heather Snyder.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Lawrence Snyder.

In keeping with her wishes cremation has taken place.
