Obituary of Kelvin Flagg

Kelvin Flagg, Jr. was born on June 27, 1996. Kelvin was a resident of South Bend, Indiana where he lived with his mother. Kelvin was born in Niles, Michigan. He attended Thor Elementary School in Chicago, Illinois, as well as New Millenium High School in Chicago. Kelvin worked at Elkhart Plastics and various other jobs. Kelvin "loved his mama". He enjoyed being around his family and loved taking care of his kids. Kelvin was a Christian and loved the Lord. Kelvin leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Sharon Woods; father, Kelvin Flagg; brothers, King Woods, Davion Flagg, Jayron Flagg, Kelvon Flagg, Ka'Terryon Flagg; sisters, Adreyme Scott, Zabaria Woods, Heaven Carol Flagg, Kelviana Flagg, Karma Flagg, Vasara Flagg; daughters, A'maria Monae Georgia and Kaylan Flagg. Kelvin has so many special family members - "Uncles", Nate woods, Bobby Brunson, and Kevin Flagg; "Aunties", Patricia (Tricy) Flagg, Sharnise Perkins, Angie (Woods) Rank, and Mikeya Briggs; cousins, Shantell Flagg, Richard Cruithard "Nunu", Jamar Woods, Isaiah Murphy, Christopher Kirtdoll "CJ", Ivontre Murphy "Porkchop", Isaiah "Zeke" Jeffries; God-mom, Yolanda Woods; and God-dad, Lanelle Woods. Kelvin also leaves to cherish his memory his child's mother, Shamara Georgia and a host of special friends, Lazhane Whaley, Dominike Brock, Eisha King, Porsha Dotson and so many more special loved ones. Kelvin was preceded in death by both his grandmothers, Patrice Carmen Flagg and Sharron Woods and his great-grandfather, Jim Henry Woods. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 5, 2018 at Noon at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church with a time of visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. Kelvin will be laid to rest next to his grandmother at Riverside Cemetery in Dowagiac.
