I met Sherrill when we worked together at Horizon Recovery Center in Benton Harbor back in the late 1980’s. She was a great role model- smart, funny and working hard in Mary Kay Cosmetics as well. I became part of her sales unit and we ended up good friends. I didn’t get to see her much over the past several years but always looked for her at Leeper Park Art Fair. I’m sad to learn of her passing but glad for her role in my career and my life. She was quite a lady! My condolences to her family and friends.

It’s been a very long time since I’ve seen Sherril, we went to St. Monica’s together & we’re very good friends. I have tried for 3 years to get a phone # for her with no success. I even checked at Hampshire Golf course, no one recognized her name. I am so sad I never connected with her and especially sad to read of her death. My thoughts & prayers are with her family. I’m sure she will greatly missed.

I met Sherrill 56 yrs ago and she has been instrumental in my life by sharing her wisdom. It's just hard for me to wrap my mind around the fact that she is no longer here but her memory will live in my heart forever. I loved dancing with her.....she KNEW how to boogey. My blessings to her family and those especially close to her. She will be deeply missed.
